• “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Excel (its parent/affiliate companies, as applicable).
• “You”, “customer”, “user” means any person accessing or using our website or services.
• “Product(s)” refers to any goods listed, sold or delivered via the website.
• “Services” includes services such as delivery, warranty service, installation, after-sales support, etc.
• “Website” means Excel’s online platform (domain and subdomains) where we offer products and services.

2. Use of the Website

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into a legally binding contract. Using this site for commercial resale requires separate agreement.
2. Account / Registration
   • You may need to register an account to place orders, track status, or use services.
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
   • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3. Prohibited Conduct
   You shall not use the site or services in a way that:

3. Ordering & Payment

1. Order Acceptance
   All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order—for example due to product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraud.

   • Prices are as provided on the site at the time of order, unless clearly an error.
   • We reserve the right to change prices at any time (but price changes do not affect accepted orders).
   • Taxes, duties, or surcharges (if applicable) are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Methods

   • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, customs, etc.
2. Shipping Charges
   Shipping costs (if any) will be shown at checkout.
   For free shipping offers, certain conditions (minimum order value, location) may apply.
3. Title & Risk
   Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery (i.e. when the product is handed over to the delivery agent or you). Title passes when payment is cleared (or earlier, as per local law).
4. Inspection & Acceptance
   • You should inspect the product upon receipt.
   • If there’s visible damage, missing parts, or mismatch, you should notify us immediately (within 24 hours]).
   • After acceptance (or failure to timely report), we may treat the delivery as final.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

1. Return / Exchange Policy
   We offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with our Returns Policy (which is a separate policy but forms part of these Terms).
   Typically:
   • Products must be unused, unboxed (except for inspection) and in original packaging.
   • Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
   • Customers must share unboxing video (including opening courier poly) of the product to process any return or exchange.
2. Refunds / Credits
   • Refunds will be made in the original form of payment or as store credits, depending on the payment method.
   • Refunds may exclude shipping, handling, or restocking fees, where allowed by law.
3. Exchanges
   If you wish to exchange a product, we will generally process a return + a new order, unless local stock permits direct swap.
4. Exceptions
   Some categories (clearance, digital downloads, custom orders, perishable goods) may be final sale. We will notify you in advance if so.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Service

1. Warranty Coverage
   • Products may carry manufacturer warranty or Excel’s own warranty, as stated on the product page or warranty card.
   • Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
   • It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, wear and tear, or non-authorized repair.
2. Warranty Claim Process
   • You must present original invoice, warranty card (if any), and serial number.
   • Claims should be made within the warranty period.
   • We or the manufacturer may repair, replace (same or equivalent product), or refund (prorated) at our discretion.
3. Service Time & Parts Availability
   • Service turnaround time varies depending on parts availability and diagnostics.
   • If the exact product is not available, a replacement may be of equivalent value.
   • In certain cases, depreciation may apply for refunds.
4. Data, Software & Accessories
   We are not liable for loss of data, software, or settings. You should back up your data.
   Accessories or bundled freebies may or may not be under warranty—check each product’s specific terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the site (text, images, logos, software, design) is owned or licensed by Excel and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use in any derivative way without our express written permission.
• You grant us a nonexclusive license to use any content you upload (e.g. reviews, photos) for marketing, display, or other lawful purposes without compensation.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

1. As Is / No Warranties
   The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including fitness for particular purpose, noninfringement, merchantability, etc.
2. Limitation of Liability
   • To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Excel or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (loss of profit, data, business interruption) arising out of your use, inability to use, or ordering from the site.
   • Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
3. Force Majeure
   We will not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, strikes, war, supply chain disruption, regulation changes).

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect, use, store and share your personal data subject to our Privacy Policy (which is a separate document). By using the site, you consent to such practices and to receive communications from us (order updates, marketing, etc.), which you can opt-out of (where allowed by law).

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent; we may freely assign them.
• Third-Party Links / Services: From time to time, our site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
